Information you send

When you request a preview or contact the studio, the form collects your name, business name, email, business type, project interest and message. Your phone number and current website are optional. Please do not send payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

Why it is used

Your information is used to respond to your request, discuss a possible project and, if you become a client, provide the agreed service. This is processing to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to fulfil a contract. Basic security checks are used in the studio’s legitimate interest in preventing spam and protecting the website. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and service providers

Form enquiries are stored through the website’s OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare database services, with access restricted to the studio owner. Email correspondence is handled through Gmail. These providers may process information internationally using their applicable safeguards. If you choose WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy terms.

How long information is kept

Website enquiries are kept for up to six months while follow-up is considered, and older records are removed during routine inbox use. Relevant client correspondence may be retained for the duration of the project and applicable business record requirements. You can ask for unnecessary enquiry information to be deleted sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and request restriction or object to processing where applicable. You may also have a right to data portability. Contact the studio using the email above. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and security

Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads tags load only after you choose the relevant cookie category. Visitor analytics measures visits and pages viewed; advertising measurement helps attribute activity to ads. Google receives browsing and device information and may process it internationally. Personalised advertising is disabled. We do not send the contents of enquiry forms to these tools. We remember your cookie choices on this device for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings to accept, refuse or withdraw consent; refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from using the website. A short-lived hash derived from a visitor’s network address is used to limit form abuse; it is not used for advertising.

Digital products and other websites

Maths Master and Swepixa purchases take place on Payhip, which handles checkout and digital delivery with its payment providers. This website does not collect card details. Follow the privacy information of Payhip and any other external service you choose to use.
